I live in Kilburn a 2 bedroom flat an i`m renting out the single room for £140 a week all inclusive available from the 2nd of February or later. For short or long term.
It`s a nice flat with everything you need ( nice kitchen , living room , washing machine/dryer ,super fast wireless internet, virgin tv, 24 hours hot water ) .
The products for the household are on me. And I also provide for the new tenant a complete bedding set.
You just need to buy your food and your personal hygiene products.

It`s zone 2 ( type "NW6 2DB" to see exactly where we are ) in the north west and with 2 tube stations , 2 overground stations,1 thameslink station and night buses it`s very easy to reach quickly every area of the city for work or fun.

We live on the high road where you can have an easy access to all the transports and all the amenities you need ( supermarkets, convenience stores, pubs and all the kind of shops you can think about ).

I don`t consider couples.

In any case I don`t ask people to give or to send money in advance ... you pay only when you are here with the keys in your hands.
