We have a room available from the 1st of June. Wonderful location in between Kilburn and West Hampstead (7min to the closest station, and great transport links from the train station). Jubilee, Overground (West Hampstead and Brondesbury) and Thames Link all within 10 minutes walk. Loads of shops only a 10min walk away (Tesco, Sainsbury, Waitrose). Safe neighbourhood and quiet street.
It's a 4 bedroom flat, with 2 full bathrooms that have recently been renovated, a large and bright living room and big kitchen. There are two bedrooms downstairs with a shared bathroom, and two bedrooms upstairs with another bathroom (yours would be the top floor one).
Housemates are 3 easy going girls, 2 Bristish and 1 American, who all work during the weekdays.

Rent is £545 pcm without bills. These are usually only around £100 and include wifi, cleaner, council tax, water and electricity.
