Huge room available in Kilburn

We have a huge room becoming available soon in our lovely 3 bed Kilburn flat.

THE PEOPLE
- you’ll be sharing with Rae, Ryan & Alicia, early 30s, working in Tech and Government. We are gutted to be losing our current flatmate but on the hunt for a couple or single person who appreciates our love for tea, films, board games, gin, and unexpected kitchen dance parties. We have a lovely local group of friends so be prepared to be invited down to the pub or to the occasional trivia night on a regular basis!
- We are not fussy when it comes to race, gender, age, or orientation. The room makes the most sense for a couple given the size and rent, but we're open!

THE FLAT
- We’re in a mansion block just off Kilburn High Rd - far enough away that we don’t hear traffic but also super close to all the shops and transport. Communal garden wraps around the building which is a great lunch spot in the summer. Jubilee and Overground are within 8 min walk and there are multiple bus options. Queens Park is a short walk away, as is a big Sainsburys, Lidl, Boots, Superdrug, etc.
- The flat was updated and redecorated about 5 years ago and is still in great condition. Big spacious kitchen, 2 bathrooms, amazingly high ceilings, and the softest carpet. All the bedrooms and the living room have 2 huge windows each so we get so much natural light.
- The kitchen has tons of storage, big fridge freezer, washing machine AND dishwasher, and of course our beloved coffee maker.
- Living room has plenty of space, and we have Netflix, Prime, Disney+ and an alarming amount of DVDs.

THE ROOM
- The room is approx 16ft x 17ft, combined with the high ceilings you’ve got so much space. Includes 2 triple wardrobes, set of shelves and 2 bedside tables. Double bed is available, the mattress is just over a year old but the frame is definitely getting a bit tired and creaky!
- While it’s not officially an ensuite, you will have your own bathroom down the hall, with bath/shower, decent storage, and a heated towel rail.

THE DEAL
- The room is available from Sept 30th, our current tenancy ends in mid April but we’re all planning to renew, so just looking for someone to take over for the last 6 months and then hopefully renew with us!
- The room is £1100 pcm + bills (approx £90/month/pp at the moment) so it’s ideal for a couple.
