Double Room in Friendly Kilburn Flat

Hi!!

We're looking to find a new recruit to replace our current housemate, Laura, who is sadly moving out. The room is a small double in a friendly flat in Kilburn :)

Downstairs we have a spacious living room, with a dining table and lots of natural light and space for working from home if needed!

The kitchen is also a good size with fridge/freezer, gas hob, oven and washer/dryer. There is also a shared bathroom as well as a bathroom upstairs (which is shared between Harriet and Sophie). We also have a small, private, shared balcony (off Harriet's bedroom) that gets the sun all day in summer with a cool view of the London eye.

The room available is on the first floor and has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, as shown in the pictures, as well as a great view with nice lighting.

The flat is a 6 minute walk from Kilburn tube (Jubilee), and either Brondesbury or Brondesbury Park (Overground). Our road is a quiet residential street, close to Queen's Park as well as Kilburn High Road.

You'll be living with: Sophie, 26, a Medical writer learning mandarin who loves gym classes and a G&T; Harriet, 26, an artsy English teacher who is always up for a sing-a-long and listening to podcasts; and Alex, 26, a chilled out book loving gourmet cook come Maths teacher.

There's a nice flat vibe, and we often chill together in the evening watching Friends, when we're not out doing other sociable things (pandemic dependent).

The move in date says 23rd February however there is some flexibility if required.
