Friendly flat share (Kilburn/Queens Park area)

Our wonderful flatmate is leaving and we're looking for a new person to fill the room and add to our homely, friendly vibe.

We're an open-minded flat of young professionals of various nationalities. The room is available on November 4th/5th, so we're on the lookout now - please get in touch and we'd love to have you over to see the space or to arrange an in-person or online viewing.

It’s a cosy room with a double bed, a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The flat is big and made of 2 floors: 1st floor with all the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; 2nd floor has a big and super comfy living room with an even bigger TV, an open plan kitchen, and a massive terrace outside including BBQ.

Rent is cheap. And the housemates are fantastic.

You’d be living with 2 guys and 2 girls, all young professionals who have lived around the world. Everyone is laid back, fun, respectable and always up for some good time. Rent is £550 a month, and we all look after a bill each which comes to around 60 pounds per month (deposit £460). The flat is rented from a responsive private landlord.

We’re located in a quiet street, between Queens Park and Kilburn - which is ideal - it's a couple of minutes from Kilburn High street where you can find anything you could possibly think of (literally ANYTHING) and another few minutes from buzzing Queens Park with all the trendy bars, pubs, restaurants and the lovely Sunday farmers market. Also a short walk away from the West Hampstead and all the amenities on West End Lane. In terms of green spaces for when you fancy a break from city life, Hampstead Heath and Queens Park are both nearby as well.

In terms of transport, the Jubilee, Bakerloo, Overground and Thameslink lines - all walking distance (5-15min) so well connected for getting anywhere in London. Great bus routes on Kilburn High Road as well.
