Summer Sublet in Kilburn/West Hampstead

Very large room available in mixed house share in a large house spread over 3 floors with 2 separate bathrooms. All bills included.

Room comes with bed, sofa, cupboard space. I haven’t stayed there since the last person moved out so unfortunately haven’t been able to give it a good clean but just needs a sweep. Huge amounts of natural light and a view of the garden. Will need your own bedsheet covers.

I’m going away for summer so will be subletting for a month but potentially longer (also potentially moving out afterwards if looking for a permanent place but this is not guaranteed).

The flat is very quiet but the flatmates are very social and will involve you in their events! There is also a large garden that can be reached via stairs from the hallway straight to garden.

Literal seconds away from Kilburn station (Jubilee) and five mins or so walk to West Hampstead (Jubilee, overground and railway) where there are lots of nice bars and food places.

Dates and other can be negotiated (not less than a month but can be longer)
