Spacious room less than 10 min walk from Kilburn!

Hey! We are currently looking for a new flatmate from the 27th of May.

The flat we share has 3 bedrooms, a separate bathroom & toilet, kitchen and a shared living room. It's really cosy and spacious, and there's a communal garden for our block. We are looking for someone to replace one of the current flatmates as he's going to move in with his partner.

The room we offer is the biggest bedroom in the flat! It has lots of space so it's ideal for working from home and has enough space to bring some extra furniture, plants or just to enjoy the free space. The current flatmates are 2 girls - Magda who's Polish and works as an analyst, and Katerina who's Bulgarian and works in the British Library. We sometimes work from home but overall we have rather different schedules so there's never been an issue with sharing the bathroom and the kitchen!

The flat has a great location as it is a 7-minute walk from Kilburn station (Jubilee line), a 15-minute walk from Cricklewood and West Hampstead Stations (Thameslink and super easy access to Luton Airport) and a 15-minute walk to Brondesbury station (overground). There are also lots of shops nearby, such as Co-op, Tesco Express and Iceland, and less than 20 minutes walk from the flat there's Lidl (which is a lifesaver).

We would like someone to move in on the 27th of May as that's when our current contract expires, so please feel free to message us to arrange a viewing as soon as possible!

P. S. Our landlord requires a routine referencing process so that's something you should have in mind before reaching out!
