Large Double Bedroom - Kilburn/Brondesbury

Looking for someone to replace me in a large 3 bedroom flat, split over 2 floors, with a great outdoor terrace from middle/end of May. I'm leaving due to work commitments.

You'll be living with 2 Aussies - one working in fintech and the other a furniture designer. The current lease runs out end of November but they're looking to extend.

The bedroom is large (photographed unfurnished) and comes with a mattress, shelving unit and clothes rail. There's plenty of room to fit a desk if you need to WFH and the wifi is extremely fast. One of the current flatmates is getting a new bedframe for the room.

The living room is large, with a projector and dining table. In the kitchen you have a dishwasher, washing machine and separate drier.

The flat is well positioned for getting around London with close access to both the Jubilee line and the overground.

Bills usually come in at around £150 a month.

An earlier move in date can be arranged if need be.
