Short let of bright double room in Kilburn flat

I am looking for a lodger to rent a pretty, bright double room (3.79m x 2.66m) in my fourth floor flat on quiet, friendly, low-rise council estate near Queen's Park and Kilburn. This would be a short-term let. The room is available from start of February to end of March, for one month or two.

Room contains: a bed with two drawers, mattress, chest of drawers, closet space and desk. Venetian blind, laminated flooring and good Wi-Fi connection.

Access to large, well-kept communal gardens (nice for sun-bathing).

Bathroom shared with me (and, obviously, during uni holidays, my daughter).

South-west facing kitchen with washing machine.

Excellent transport links: flat is a 7 min walk from Kilburn Park tube (Bakerloo line); 10 min walk from Queen's Park tube (Bakerloo line); 5 min walk from Kilburn High Road Station (Overground line); 15 minute walk from Brondesbury Station (Overground) and Kilburn tube (Jubilee line).

In terms of amenities, Kilburn High Road (less than a three minute walk away) has Sainsbury’s, M&S, Boots and Primark, plus cafes and restaurants, including Pret and Franco Manca.

In the other direction, Salusbury Road, which can be reached in 10 minutes, has a bookshop and a big choice of cafes and restaurants (including Gail’s), while Queen’s Park (the actual park!) is a 15 minute walk away.
