Looking for a new flat mate 5 minutes from Kilburn

Hi, I am looking for a new flat mate as my current one is moving out on 19th May (though please get in touch if any dates shortly before then work as we may be able to line things up - say if he ends up moving into his new place a few days earlier). I have been living here for around three years and as I own the place you are welcome to stay as long as you like if everything is going well! Also, you are more than welcome to customise your room and the flat in general however you like (happy to help with any painting - the first time around went surprisingly well!).

For reference - I work from home as a tutor and so am usually around in the day and evenings. Outside of this I spend a lot of time socialising so whether you're up for getting to know each other or would rather keep more to yourself either work for me!

Ideally I would be looking for a minimum of six months' tenancy but only to avoid having to find someone new too regularly so if this doesn't quite line up please get in touch to see if we can make something work.

Also to confirm bills are entirely included - and your room can either be furnished or unfurnished if you already have your own stuff (or a mix of the two - please get in touch to discuss).
