I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my lease for a spacious double room available from the 6th of March (bills not included, but are around £130 per month).

Room Details:

- Generously sized double room (includes a double bed, wardrobe, TV stand, and a nightstand)

*Everything else will be taken by me.

Flat Features:

- Shared bathroom with one other tenant
- Large living room with a big dining area and kitchen space (as shown in the pictures)
- Additional study room/office for extra storage

Area Details:

- Kilburn Underground Station is a 7 minute walk from the flat
- Brondesbury Overground Station is a 5 minute walk from the flat
- Many local amenities e. g. Sainsbury’s, Tesco Express and Aldi only a few minutes away
- Queen’s Park is less than a 20 minute walk

Additional Details:

You would be sharing the flat with three other females who are very nice and friendly, but also respect their own space.
