Hello, I plan on moving out by the 5th of May, one other person will also be moving out the same time as me so the flat will only compromise of boys (will be a house of 3 boys when I and my housemate move out)
A bit about this place, it consists of a very big open and airy living room, a fairly big kitchen with accommodated space for when the new tenant moves in, a garden that is accessed through the downstairs tenants room and downstairs is also the bedroom with the ensuite, attached are pictures of the bedroom.
