I’m moving out after 3.5 very happy years here, so we’re looking for someone lovely to take over my room in this bright and welcoming flat.
The room is cosy but very well laid out, comfortably fitting a double bed with good storage space, and it gets lovely afternoon sunlight through the large window which makes it feel really bright and airy. The flat also has a large shared living room, which makes the whole place feel much more spacious than your typical London flat.
The flat itself has high ceilings and large windows, giving it a really open and light feel throughout.
The living room is bright and spacious, with big windows, wooden floors and lots of plants – a really nice place to relax, watch Netflix or have a glass of wine in the evenings.
You’ll be living with one other friendly working professional in fashion. She works busy hours during the week but enjoys socialising, staying active and exploring London on weekends. The flat has a really nice balance of quiet during the week and relaxed/social at the weekends.
Location:
• 8–10 min walk to Kilburn Station (Jubilee line)
• 5 min walk to Brondesbury (Mildmay line)
• Surrounded by great pubs, cafés and shops
• Queen’s Park only a 10 minute walk away
It’s a bright, relaxed home, ideal for someone looking for a friendly flat rather than just somewhere to stay.
Looking for someone clean, considerate and easygoing who will enjoy the space as much as we have.
