Looking for short lets... up to 3-4 months. I am often away. But when home will work from home. Therefore, prefer someone who needs to go out to work if longer than a month.

A bright room, in zone 2, facing a quiet green court yard. Large bathroom is shared by one female (when home) as well as fully equipped kitchen and spacious lounge diner. There is also a balcony leading off the lounge. The building is quiet and secure and being on the 3rd floor heating required is much less than usual. There is a new lift, a video intercom system as well as a garage on the private property for extra storage. Public transport is very easy with buses to the door and the Kilburn tube is 6mins walk away.
