The room is a large double room within a tastefully decorated 2 bed flat (the landlord is an architect), it's 3 min walk from Kilburn Jubilee Line station, 4 mins from Brondesbury station on the Overground, 12 mins from Kilburn High Road station on the overground, and 14 mins to Kilburn Park on the Bakerloo line. All are in zone 2 plus you have West Hampsead Thames Link station 15 minutes away. As you can see it's well connected! Also a plethora of buses serve the area 24 hours a day.

There's a Tesco's at the end of the road, a Sainsbury's at the end of the next one, and loads of smaller grocery shops near by which are great.

Also very nearby are some lovely bars/restaurants, This is a great part of town! Hampstead Heath is near by, as is Camden, Primrose Hill, Queen's Park and loads of other nice places. Christchurch Avenue is a leafy residential street, but only 3 mins walk from Kilburn High Road.

The room itself is huge, has a double size bed, loads of storage space, an abundance of natural light and high ceilings. It has also just been painted. There is wi-fi in the flat.

The kitchen is lovely, as is the bathroom (with a very powerful and warm shower). The garden is perfect for BBQs, hanging out clothes, or chilling with a glass of wine.

You would sharing with one other, a very laid back irish guy, who is quiet, clean, respectful and a perfect flatmate.
