Hello,
We are looking for a fun, professional FEMALE preferred (apologies but NO men, nothing personal) to take over this single (double sofa bed), furnished room. You will be sharing a bathroom with another female as well as the kitchen and small living/dining room. We have a washing machine for your clothes and also share the responsibility to clean the flat. I moved here over a year ago & am very sad to be leaving. This room/occupancy would suit a young professional looking to make new friends and have a fresh start in London. Bills are not included in the rent as these vary but I would say all in the total cost is £650 (average) per month. A £600 deposit is also required. A breakdown is given to those interested in viewing. We re-sign the contract every April (2015). Please only contact if you are interested in a viewing. I am looking to make a shortlist for the current tenants who will then meet with you and make the final decision. Ideally I would like to leave by end of November/beginning of December 2014. Do email me if you have any questions or if you are interested in viewing then please message me. Thank you for looking!
