Zone 2 Kilburn station or Willesden Green station just a short walk away. It's 10 minutes to Baker Street, 20 minutes to Westminster and Waterloo. Buses to Paddington, Victoria and Marble Arch stop night and day at the end of the street.

All major airports Heathrow, Luton and Gatwick are around one hour from the house by train.

Travel time is 20 minutes to University College London or UCH hospital and 25 minutes to Kings College, 12 minutes to Kings Cross St Pancras to Google and Central St Martins and 8 minutes to Kentish Town from Cricklewood Thameslink overground train.

There is a busy shopping area 2 minutes walk from the house with supermarkets, lively restaurants and pubs. There is a local park down the road. There are good gyms in the area: Virgin, Nuffield Health and The Manor. Please note there only a handheld shower over the bathtub in the ensuite bathroom.

This space is ideal for a full-time Masters or PhD student or an overseas student on a work placement.

I am a post graduate freelance researcher involved in projects concerning sustainable development and the environment. I am also researching the history of poetry and drama between the 1923 and 1939. I'm an artist, poet, yogi and musician. There is a full size piano in the house for music students.
