Single Room In Lovely House Asap

Hello guys :)

Hope you all good :)

We are bunch of nice people living in the house 1 guy and 2 girls Stanka, Sarah, Ben. Our flatmate has moved out and we have a single room available from ASAP (flexible to move in around the date).
We are all professionals and have different schedules but it works and we would love someone who would fit in . We are ages 26- 33 and we are looking for someone who is similar age .We like to get a drink together sometimes, but we all respect each others privacy and down time :) .

House has lovely big living room , refurbished new kitchen , 2 bathrooms and the room has an inbuilt wardrobe :) and had some furniture (see photos) and a beautiful private garden.
You can bring some of your furniture but it all need to fit in as we can’t throw anything away .
The house is located 2-4 minutes walk to Kilburn Park Station (Bakerloo) and also to KIlburn overground depend how fast you walk haha .

The high street is just up the road with all amenities ( M&S, Sainsburys , Aldi , boots, supedrag and loads of small markets and shops) also GP round the corner and post office, so literally all you need !
