Friendly house share in Kilburn/Queens Park Area

Hi there,

We have a room coming available in our very spacious house located between Kilburn and the beautiful area of Queens Park. The house is a large 4 bedroom property with large shared living space (open plan dining room and living room) and large garden which is south facing, so catches all the summer sun! There will be 4 couples sharing, but all rooms are a very good size and each have their own bathroom or ensuite and large dining and living room so plenty of space. There is also a spare room which we use for guests on short stays. There is also a very useful separate utility room which we use for our washing. We are looking for a couple to fill the room.

The room is spacious and bright, and has its own bathroom also! The room is unfurnished but our flatmates who are moving out are looking to sell all their furniture. So you will be able to come to an arrangement with them! Can be discussed during the viewing anyway. There is also a car parking space incase that is useful at no extra cost!

We will be due to renew the current lease at the end of the summer, but all of us will renew (so I am sure it will be for much longer!). Bills come to around £80 per month per person, so £160 for a couple which includes our very friendly cleaner who visits every week to clean the full property, it also includes all cleaning products we use (dishwasher tablets, washing powder, kitchen paper, toilet roll, bleach etc. etc.).

About us: you will be sharing with a Scottish couple, Hungarian couple and a Greek couple, who are friendly, easy going and good company. We are looking for considerate, tidy, like minded people to share with. We all work so enjoy a quiet house through the week as usual for a professional household.
