There is a toilet on the same floor with big in-wall storage for your exclusive use as well!

The rent price is 800 GBP per month, all bills and council tax included, as well as Sky TV license and fast broadband.

The house has a massive bright kitchen and a huge living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, kettle, a brand new microwave, brand new washing machine, tumble dryer, and plenty of cupboards for storage. There is also a nice patio where you can enjoy the sunshine.

The bathroom with bath/shower facility is on the first floor.

This area is quiet and 12 mins walking from King's Cross/St Pancras stations (Victoria, Northern, Piccadilly, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan line, loads of buses, national and international rail services) and 9 mins walk from Caledonian Road & Barnsbury Overground station.

Very close to a big Waitrose, Iceland, The Cooperative, and a massive Sainsbury's near Angel. Regent's Canal, Granary Square with nice pubs and restaurants at 5mns walking distance. Angel and Camden Town are 20 mins walk/few bus stops away.

This is a clean house with weekly cleaning shifts shared between the three tenants (the current tenants are two very friendly professionals).

It's really a great place, I have been living in this house with them for 3 years and it has been the best house share where I have ever lived. Unfortunately I have to move for work reasons.
