It comes with a private luxury bathroom within the bedroom. You will share a large kitchen on the same floor with floor-to-ceiling windows and living area including microwave/grill, ceramic hob, fan oven, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. It is a short walk from King's Cross St. Pancras and St. Pancras International station, giving access to 6 London underground lines (Circle Line, Hammersmith & City Line, Metropolitan Line, Northern Line, Piccadilly Line and the Victoria Line) as well as UK's national rail services and Eurostar's international rail services to Mainland Europe.

There is a lounge on the 13th floor with PS4, Wii, projector/screen, 360º floor-to-ceiling windows, board games, sofas, tables and a laundry room. There are study seminar rooms and a Mac Station all free to use for residents and a second laundry room on the 1st floor. There is an on-site bar/restaurant on the ground floor with discounts for residents.

King's Cross is not only a great base for getting around Central London, It is also a short walk to Central St Martins, University College London and University of London. Most other education institutions are just a few stops by tube or a bike ride away including the London School of Economics, King’s College London, City, University of London, Imperial College London, London Metropolitan, EF and Kaplan language schools and many more.

This building has many bars, pubs, shops and restaurants on its doorstep. Just south of the building you will find the likes of The Big Chill House, Scala, The Lexington and many other venues in which to discover new artists and unwind with friends. Egg London the nightclub open until 7am is just an 8-minute walk away, whilst Camden Town to the North provides a whole variety nightlife, music venues and cafes as well as the world famous Camden Lock and Camden Market. London West End is also just a couple of stops away on the tube.
