Filtered drinking water, softened water for showering, Own private en suite bathroom Communal gardens…. great to chill and for exercise during another lockdown.
This is a very exclusive house on a private estate. It is not Council or local authority owned or run. Most of the properties on this estate are houses not flats. It is a safe, friendly private professional community.
You can break out of this rental contract any time you like provided you find a suitable replacement house mate. Currently, we are offering this room for 6-12 months with the possible option to extend.
