The room is quite small but it's cozy and it has all the necessaries from a bed stand to a built-in wardrobe to fit anything from clothes to books. It comes furnished and the house has recently been refurbished and has been repainted too.

The kitchen is very spacious and modern, it has got everything from fridges to a freezer, stove and oven. With two bathrooms in the house, one downstairs and a big one upstairs with bathtub and shower.

There is also a beautiful garden with a bbq and the house is protected with electronic gates.

There's a 24 hours co-op in front of the building and it's a short walk from King's Cross or a 1-minute walk from Caledonian Road with plenty of coffee shops, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants.

Buses 91 (25 minutes to Trafalgar Square), 17 (30 minutes to London Bridge), 274 (5 minutes Angel and Islington) and 259 (2 minutes to King's Cross) and Camden Town is an 11 minutes ride away from the house!!

King's Cross station and Caledonian Road station a short walk from the house.

The house is a quiet one so it would fit a professional or a student.
