Spatious double in sunny Kings Cross apartment

Hello, my flatmate is sadly leaving London and I'm looking for someone to take over her room.
Your new room is in a modern two-bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom, and a very spacious kitchen (fully equipped) and living room. The room itself is furnished with everything you'll need, plenty of storage space and the comfiest bed.

The flat has been a joy to be in during lockdown! There is plenty of space in the living room so you don't need to spend your days stuck in your room, with enough space to work/study and chill at the end of the day. It gets plenty of light in the daytime and there is also a balcony. And for your daily walk, Regent's canal is just a 2-min walk away!
For days when you can roam around more, we're very close to Granary square, a short walk to Angel, or a walk along the canal to Camden market-so whatever you're looking for in cafes, restaurants and shops, you can easily find. Kings Cross/St Pancras is just 5 min away, so you're perfectly connected to the rest of the city.
There is a large Waitrose 5 min away, Sainsbury's and Tesco at a little more than 10 min, as well as a bunch of smaller grocery stores all around (and a farmer's market on Sundays!).

You'll be living with me, a 27-year-old PhD student from Greece. I work long-ish hours, but at home you'll usually find me cooking and I very much enjoy sharing dinner and a catch up and the end of the day-but of course personal space and time is very much respected.
