I'm looking for a female professional flatmate to share a stunning double room in a spacious 2 bed maisonette in King's Cross from mid February for a short term let of 4-6 months.

The move in dates are flexible.

This is a bright, south facing flat with a large living area and separate floor for the two generous double bedrooms.

Landing and hallway

First floor:
- Large lounge with flat screen TV, leather sofas.
- Balcony: south facing bright and sunny
- Large eat in kitchen with dishwasher, and dining table
- Separate storage with washing machine and dryer

Second floor:
- 2 furnished double bedrooms ,
- Bathroom with shower over the bath
- Separate WC

Location:
- The flat is in an excellent location in King's Cross (about 10-15 mins walk to St Pancras/ King's Cross station)
- just a few minutes walk from Granary Square and Coal Drops Yard
- the neighborhood is packed with numerous shops, cafes and restaurants

Ideal flatmate:
Looking for a female professional aged 25 - 36 who is tidy, accomodating and at the same time respects privacy.

I'm a data professional working in a tech company. I have been living in London since over 6 years.
