UCL Summer Term Room / Kings Cross

I'm a postgraduate at UCL looking to rent out my spot at Urbanest Kings Cross. I have a nice en suite single room to let. En suite rooms for 2024/2025 are currently sold out, and my lease was secured at a discounted rate.

Applicant must be a full-time student studying at UCL according to the contract. If you fit the requirements and are interested please let me know!

Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, I need to find a replacement for this lovely room and move out. I am flexible in terms of a move-in date between May and July.

Convenient central location! A 10-minute walk to King's Cross St Pancras station, a 20-minute walk to UCL's main campus (or a 10-minute, bus ride from the stop out front.) You can enjoy a walk to Camden town market along the canal and are right next to Coal Drops Yard for food and personal shopping.

- single bed with mattress
- desk, desk chair, desk lamp, pinboard, mirrors, bin
- drawers, shelves, wardrobe
