I'm looking for a female tenant to take over my room for either a summer-term rent (May 20 - Sept 30) or a complete lease takeover (i. e. it can be extended to 1 year). The available room is en-suite (shower) within the 2b/2br flat in the King's Cross area.
- Flat: Apartment is on the 1st floor of a flat on Gifford St N1, which is <10mins to tech companies and major amenities like Coal Drop Yards, Waitrose, and all major tube lines available via KX, Overground, and bus lines. Room is facing south side.
- Dates: available from May 20 until September 30. Flexible around exact dates. Long-term preferred and prioritized.
- Rent: Lease rent is fixed at £1085 until September 30, 2024. Utilities/Council tax come out to be ~£150-200 per month. The total won’t exceed over 1300.
- Flatmate: You’ll be sharing the flat with the sweetest person , a female Argentinian who works in a tech company. She's also a very skilled baker and often travels for work. I'm posting this on her behalf, as I'm leaving the lease a little earlier.
Ideally you will be considerate of the common living spaces, respectful of the boundaries but still be chill enough to hang out occasionally for movie/museum nights. She'll make the final decision, as she will be the one sharing with you.
