One furnished single room is available in a 3-bedroom house in Islington, near King's Cross from 1st June.

The room is furnished with a single bed, desk, wardrobe and a chest of drawers with plenty of floor space for flexible use. It faces the bike shed area near the back of the house away from the main street, so it's usually nice and quiet.

-- The property --
The house is perfectly located in a quiet neighbourhood and it's approx 10 min walk to Kings Cross/St Pancras station with lots of shops close by. Angel Central Shopping Centre is also 12 min walk. There is a small garden outside the house, with a bike shed. Toilet and kitchen are to share and are kept clean and well maintained.

The rent doesn't include council tax nor utilities (broadband Internet Wi-Fi, water, electricity, gas), but they are no more than £150 per month per tenant, depending on the actual usage.

No agents involved! You'll deal directly with two responsive landlords. The flat will be let on a single tenancy agreement in the joint names of the three tenants. No extra fees, other than a deposit of £818, equivalent to 5 weeks worth of rent when equally divided (the entered amount is slightly off due to Spareroom's limitation)

You'll be sharing the house with two friendly professionals in their late 20s to 30s. They enjoy sharing some time together when they are in, but also respect each other's need for personal space and independence.

Our ideal housemate would be a professional of a similar age who is clean, considerate and values open communication, as this is generally a peaceful rather than a party house.
