Double Room King's Cross To Rent

Hi!

My flatmate and I are two friends (F 22 & 30) from France who graduated from UCL and I'm now subletting my lovely double room for an initial period of four months minimum. :)

The flat is located in the very center of King's Cross and Bloomsburry:
- 5/10min walking distance from St Pancras
- 10/15min walking distance from Euston
- 15/20min walking distance from Russel Square

Despite of its very centralised emplacement, it's very quiet and cozy and as such, I look for someone who could match the vibes of the flat.

None of us, are party-animals, while we enjoy chit chating late during the evenings, we work and train a lot. We like to keep the place very tidy and we expect someone to share the households naturally. The flat is filled with fantastic and priceless decorations, in this regard, I hope to find someone who will take care of them with attention.

All bills are included in the price. An additional cost of £60 for a cleaning lady every two weeks can be discussed if necessary.

The room is available from May (not before) exact moving day to be determined, the initial period of occupancy is set to three months minimum, past that, the contract is on a rolling basis with a one month notification. Security deposit of £1300 to be paid in advance, calendar rent.
