Looking for a UCL postgraduate to take over room

Hi everyone, I am looking for a UCL postgraduate to take over my tenancy for a single room at Urbanest St Pancras.

The accommodation is about 25 minutes' walk to UCL. It's a single room in a postgraduate accommodation, and you'd be sharing the kitchen and two modern bathrooms with only two other flatmates. The room has underfloor heating, so it is pretty warm, and the kitchen comes with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge and a microwave.

The building has a supermarket right underneath, a convenient laundry room, a 24-hour reception with helpful staff, and a free chilled water refill station. The walls are well-built and soundproof, so it's quiet and comfortable to study.

The room is available from January, and the rent is £325.85 a week, with bills included. It's a simple contract takeover for the rest of the tenancy. The place is at Camley Street, close to St Pancras Station.
