Very large double room near King's Cross

Hi, after 3 years of living in the property I am moving out of my large double room on the ground floor just 10-15 walk away from King's Cross St. Pancras station. The transport links are excellent - you can generally get anywhere in London in under 45 minutes. There are also two bathrooms, one on each floor.

The rent is £1175pm. Bills only generally come up to only £35pm.

All housemates are working professionals between 28 and 30 - Lewis (accounting), Harry (law / public sector), Arisa (hospitality), and myself (engineering). We are all respectful of each other and we keep the house clean all the time.

The house is a part of a gated community and the room has its own access to the garden, which is very nice in summer.

I am planning to move in the second half of March and I'm planning to do viewings over the next two weeks or so.
