The landlord is a professional creative artistic couple (Sean and Ritsuko).

Our main home is in outside London and we use the room when a business occasion in London arises.
We are both very relaxed people and naturally out of courtesy we will notify you when we intends to use our room - most of the time, just one of us.

Furniture in situ at present: a double bed, a table with 2 chairs, bedside tables x2, a sofa. a shelf with drawers. There are spare shelves, a desk.
A duvet/pillows and linen can be provided if you require.

This central heated flat is on 3rd floor (with lift access).
The facilities are kitchen with gas hob/electric oven, microwave, electric kettle, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Bathroom with shower over bath.

Double Glazing throughout. Bright and sunny in the summer, warm and cozy in the winter.
Blackout curtains provided.
Very secure with buzzer at main entrance and intercom. The block has number of security cameras so it is very safe.
