Bittersweet news for me; great news for you!! I am onto new adventures in Hong Kong, which means I'm leaving behind my lovely room in Sloane Square, Chelsea -- complete with lovely flatmates, too!

We've been in the flat for about two years and have really made it a home. It's a four-bedroom flat (first floor), just off the King's Road in Chelsea. It is a 10-15 minute walk to both Sloane Square and South Kensington stations, with lots of bus routes just a minute or two away. Waitrose and M&S are a 5 minute walk up the road and we have lots of cosy pubs and restaurants nearby

You'll be living with three wonderful girls, Frances (26), Ciara (29) and Emily (30). They are delightful to live with - we often have film nights, dinner parties, and the odd house party but also very happy to have a quick chat in the evening and some alone time when you need to focus or just decompress after a long day.

🛌 About the room:
- £991 per month, bills not included
- Bills c. £150pm (this includes water, energy, council tax, wifi, a tv licence and a biweekly cleaner for communal spaces)
- Furnished with a double bed, large chest of drawers and a double wardrobe. As I'm moving overseas, I'm happy to leave my desk and chair if you want them!
- Available from late March -- exact date is flexible

- Super spacious, with a living room, dining room, full kitchen and two bathrooms
- Plenty of storage for things like suitcases
- Long-term rent, fully furnished
- Unreal location!!

Requirements:
⁃ Women preferred
⁃ Must earn a minimum of £35k (an agency requirement)
⁃ Must be a young professional (a landlord requirement)
⁃ Ideally mid twenties (24) - early thirties
