My name is Hannah, and I am a 26-year-old professional who is looking for a female flatmate to move into my 3 bedroom house in Kingsbury. I have an unfurnished double room available, which comes with a built-in sliding door wardrobe and on-wall bookshelves.

The property consists of a spacious lounge, kitchen and dining room, bathroom, garden, and a library snug for fellow avid readers! The house is located in a quiet area of Kingsbury and is within close walking distance of nearby transport (tube, bus) and amenities. Off-street parking is also available at the property.

I am looking for a calm, clean, respectful and friendly flatmate who is happy to socialise but also understands the need for personal down-time. I am a teacher at a local school, so am looking for someone who works similar hours and understands the need for uninterrupted sleep during the week. I also have a 7 month old kitten who is currently indoors only. As a flatmate I am easy to live with, clean, and sociable, but still understand the need for privacy and alone time. In my spare time I enjoy reading, going on walks, socialising with friends and am always partial to a trip to the pub!

Full references and financial checks will be required by the estate agents currently letting the property to me. Please note that the rent amount is £1,100 and this does not include bills. The council tax band is D.
