Big sunny room, in quiet & friendly house share

Welcome to our peaceful haven! Sadly I will be leaving my amazing room at the end of November, and looking for someone to take my place (ideally for a female tenant) from 1st December. The house is so lovely - with 2 gorgeous bathrooms, 2 huge living & dining rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen overlooking a huge garden.

We are looking for a professional, friendly and easy going person, who shares similar interests if possible of relaxing, working / studying and a healthy happy lifestyle 🙂 . We like to socialise sometimes in the big cinema sitting room in the evenings or weekends, but also respect each others privacy if you want to work / chill in your room!

The house is in an amazing location not far from Kingston, but just as easy to get onto the tube at Putney into London. There is plenty of free parking outside, and Richmond Park is right on the doorstep for anyone who enjoys running as much as me! The neighbourhood is mostly families and is very safe and secure.

There is plenty of space in the room for a desk if you need to study or work from home, and I can leave my hanging rail / chest of drawers for clothes if needed. The other tenants are one professional couple (and their lovely tiny cat who spends all day outside), a nurse at Kingston hospital and a recruitment consultant working in London.
