Boutique-Style Double Room in a Peaceful Home

Welcome to our peaceful haven! We’re looking for a lovely new housemate to join us at the beginning of December with the room available for someone (ideally a female tenant) to move in from the 15th of December.

The house is truly special: two beautiful bathrooms, two spacious living/dining rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a huge, sunny garden.

We're hoping to find a professional, friendly, easy-going person with similar vibes: relaxing, working/studying, and enjoying a healthy, happy lifestyle! We sometimes hang out for films in the big cinema-style living room, but everyone also respects each other’s privacy and quiet time.

The location is amazing: close to Kingston, with easy access to Putney for the tube into London. There’s plenty of free parking, and Richmond Park is literally on the doorstep: perfect for runners, walkers, or anyone who loves green space. The neighbourhood is family-oriented, very safe, and peaceful.

The room itself is spacious, elegant and comfortable.
Housemates include 3 female professionals (a psychologist, a PhD professional, a nursery worker + a tiny, outdoor-loving cat!). All bills included.
