of rooms in a charming house in Central london on the Knightsbridge /Belgravia border near to Hyde Park/Mayfair/St James
Only available Monday to Friday. Arriving Monday/Tuesday leaving Thursday/Friday.
Would suit a mature busy professional person aged between 35 to 65, who commutes weekly to work in Central London but whose main home/partner/ private life etc is outside london and who therefore goes home at weekends. or travels away but can leave their personal belongiongs in the rooms when away.
It is not suitable for entertaining and Students are not appropriate.
The 'Suite'comprises of a small double bedroom with TV, a private sitting/dressing/study room off the bedroom  and a sparkling well appointed  private ensuite modern bathroom. There is a kitchen which is shared with the owner available for snacks, drinks etc but not for extensive cooking.
The 'Suite' is fully serviced/cleaned weekly with clean sheets, towels etc .
Bright and airy, designed simply but to a high standard this Suite of rooms is a quiet retreat/bolthole close to local village shops and restaurants as well as the more international stores of Knightsbridge and Sloane Street. A peaceful space to use as a base for work, sleep and relaxation during the week.
It is not suitable for entertaining and Students are not appropriate.
This is not a flat share. It is a private fully serviced set of rooms with fast WI/FI in a small house where the owner who is a Designer/Artist lives and works in a studio on the premises.
Rent is PCM and payable a month in advance by Bank Transfer.
