We have 2 double bedrooms available at our place for rent.
Both rooms are a decent size and come with some basic furniture including a bed with storage and a built in wardrobe.

The bigger room costs £667
The smaller room costs £600
Utilities are excluded. The cost is about £100 per month.
A 6 week deposit is required and an agency fee (around £50)

The house has 4 bedrooms on 3 levels with
- Living room
- Kitchen
- Front and lovely back Garden
- 1.5 bathrooms

The house is located off portobello road in a nice quiet area and about a 5-6 min walk from Westbourne park and Ladbrooke grove station.

What we are looking for is someone who is nice, friendly, tidy and (really important) clean.
Sorry but no couples.
We want some who will love and respect this place as much as we do. And if you are happy to have a glass of wine every once in a while that would be a plus.

We are 2 professional women in our mid 30s to early 40s who are social, friendly and happy to share some chats and on occasion a glass of wine.
