Open plan kitchen and sitting room, with plenty of space for food storage. Dishwasher and large fridge and freezer. There's a balcony, outdoor seating and plants. And a utility room with a washer / dryer. The flat is painted in relaxing, muted tones - greens, blues, brown, pink. There's a garage for bike storage.

The location is amazing. It's on a quiet residential road with a real sense of community. There's a delicious coffee shop / bakery 1 minute away, as well all the restaurants, bars and antique shops on Golborne and Portobello. Ladbroke Grove tube is about 8 mins walk away, there are a plethora of buses, or you can walk up Portobello to get the central line.

I'm a yoga teacher but am doing freelance bits at home. Looking for someone to have nice chats with / easy living, who also values their own space. Ideally you wouldn't work from home full time. And you'd enjoy living somewhere that is relaxed and welcoming rather than a party pad.

I've got lots of yoga / pilates / fitness equipment which you're welcome to use whenever you like. And books.

Monthly rate includes all the normal bills and landline.
