Ladbroke Grove room

Hello :)

I am moving out of this house so my room will be available from 19/05/24.

The cost of the room includes £50 council tax already but the other bills are separate and were around £125 each during winter, so will likely go down now.

You would be sharing with 3 girls aged 23-37 who all work full time (sometimes from home) and a dog called Benji who is very friendly and soft.

We are all vegetarian/vegan so please only message if you are plant based too!

The house is about 100 metres away from a Tesco and a post office. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk away from White City and Latimer Road tube stations. It’s also a 15 minute walk from Westfield shopping centre.

The room will be fully furnished with a king sized bed, a clothes rail and two storage units. There are two toilets/bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath.

There is also a washer/dryer and parking outside.
