One bed flat in West London (W10)

Hi there! I'm currently living in a charming 1 bedroom flat in a safe area in West London. I am looking to relocate out of London in February due to work, so am looking for someone to move in and take over the remaining lease.

The flat:

The flat itself perfect for a professional or couple, featuring a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and entrance.

The kitchen is fitted with a washing machine/dryer, hob and fridge.

I'll be leaving behind the chest of drawers (Malm, IKEA), and we can discuss other furniture if you are interested.

My favourite feature about the flat has been the huge windows, In the living room there is a small balcony out of the first window - you could sit on the window sill in the Summer.

Full length curtains are fitted which block the light and keep in the heat. Heating is electric (I have purchased an oil filled heater which I am happy to sell to who moves in).
