Hello - Veronika (25F) and James here (25M) and we’re excited to advertise this spacious, double bedroom in our lovely home in Ladbroke Grove. This will be available from Saturday, 14th March.

This spacious room comes partly furnished (Double bed, mattress, nightstand, and shelves) and boasts a charming original fireplace. It overlooks the back of the house and receives lots of sunlight during the long summer evenings. The rent is £780 p/m with bills costing around £100 p/m (Council tax band E). Please note that a deposit of £875 is required for this room.

We have a shared bathroom with plenty of storage, a kitchen-diner, which serves as the main social space, as well as a cosy living room should you need a space to unwind and watch your favourite film – see reference images.

The flat is located in a quiet and peaceful area of North Kensington and is only a stone’s throw away from Ladbroke Grove and the iconic Portobello Rd. We’re conveniently served by several amenities, including Latimer Rd Tube station (10 mins walk), a small shop below the flat and a large Sainsbury’s (20 mins walk) as well as local parks and a variety of Leisure Centres.

You would be sharing with myself and Veronika. We are friendly, respectful and often busy with work and everyday life – though from to time we like to hang out. We’re an LGBTQ+ friendly household and we like to keep the flat clean and tidy so that everyone can enjoy the space.
