Fine bed linen and fluffy cotton towels are replaced each week when the room and shower have a full clean. This architect-designed split-level apartment is a few minutes stroll from Portobello Road and Notting Hill Gate and has a large communal garden as well as private, off-street parking. Rent slightly higher if parking is used.
Will consider letting it to someone who wants a work space in the day time but lives elsewhere. But preferably someone who works elsewhere all day and just uses it evenings and to sleep. Do not want someone around all day and all evening.
