Hello there,

I'm moving out of my double room in North Kensington and I'm looking for a friendly and responsible female to take it over.

The room is fully furnished and comes with a double bed, large wardrobe with mirrors, and sofa The rent will be £570per month including all bills. Wi-fi

You will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with only one other professional female. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, microwave, washing machine fridge and all the pots and pans you might need.

It is a relatively quiet flat as it is situated in a residential area, but there are a lot of exciting things to do: the famous Portobello market and Westfield shopping center is only a 15minute walking distance from the flat and Notting Hill is a 10 minute bus ride away.

The flat is located between White City and Ladbroke Grove tube stations: both stations are about 15 minutes walking distance or a 5 minute bus ride. The bus stop is just around the corner and there is a nightbus that goes to central London/Soho.
