Charming house in great area with garden

Successful applicants are 27+, have no pets and are not a couple. The deposit is 1 months rent + 1 week (£718) and makes up an equal 3rd of the deposit for the whole house. There is some flexibility with the deposit that can be discussed upon viewing.

1 semi-furnished double room, with natural light available in a really lovely house, in a gated mews in St Johns/Brockley, with lots of storage and off road parking. Closest Station is St John's, and we are really well linked to New Cross, Lewisham, Deptford, and Brockley for overground, DLR, buses and 10 mins to cannon Street or London bridge by train (and tube access from these stations). The house is chill but friendly, and you have the option to entertain and socialise as it's spacious and we have a garden that gets good sun (and can BBQ). There is loads of storage in the loft and we have a garage. Bills are approximately £130 month each and our Internet connection is excellent (fibre optic). We are a low maintenance and just try to keep home sweet for all living here.

We are warm, friendly and an easy going housemates and the home has a lovely vibe. I am Amy and Paulo has the other room. We are both working professionals but enjoy the odd dinner and drink sometimes. The house is a good balance of social but you can also find time and space chill alone. I have a cat (Prince Akeem) who is a lovable character but we don't want anymore pets in the home for now.

Kallers is the property agent and they are sweet as long as you can pass references and the contract with kallars is 12 months.
