Large and spacious double room

A large and spacious double room is available in a beautiful, modern house located in a quiet residential area within Ladywell/Lewisham (SE13) available from April 25th.

The large room contains a large double bed with a good amount of storage space and shelving. There is plenty of room to comfortably work from home if needed.

The living room is furnished with a TV and sofa etc. There is a separate laundry area with a washing machine and dryer as well as a few extra amenities in the house including a built-in water dispenser and ice machine in the fridge, underfloor heating for cold winter days and an outdoor patio garden. 

The house itself contains two bathrooms - one modern bathroom (shower and bath) upstairs, and a small WC/wet room downstairs. 

The house has a large patio garden where you can enjoy sunny summer days and there is also a huge basement where you can store additional items if required.

Right next to the house, there is also the infamous Hilly Fields Park to walk and laze about in.

The house is in Ladywell and is less than 10 mins walk from Lewisham Center and Lewisham Station, and about 5 mins from Ladywell Station. From Lewisham, you have National Rail Services to London Bridge (10 mins away), Waterloo East, (15 mins) Charing Cross (20 mins), Cannon Street (20 mins) and Victoria. (about 30 mins) There is also the DLR to Canary Wharf and Bank in less than 30 mins. 

There will be 3 other housemates (currently 2 females & 1 male). All housemates are all professionals and very friendly.

Bills are on average around £160pm. No students.
