Lovely, bright double in Ladywell

We are Julia and George and we are looking for a housemate to take our second bedroom.

We live in a homey 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom ground floor flat in Ladywell, right by the luscious Hilly Fields and Ladywell Fields. We have a large garden (with apple trees!) and bike storage. The flat is fully furnished, including a large TV for Netflix and a well equipped kitchen should you be a home masterchef (brand new microwave if not). There is even a working fire place, ready for the winter ahead.

Julia (30): I'm from Australia and have lived in London 3 years now. I work in real estate investment, predominantly working from home but going into the office once or twice a week. I try to stay active by running, cycling, playing netball and gym/classes but lately have been slightly disrupted by a rejuvenated post-covid social life.

George (29): I am a Brit who is ferry engineer and keen DIY enthusiast who is always looking for my new project. I love a pint at the local Ladywell Tavern and any other tavern really. Like most people, I perfected my sourdough in lockdown and so am keen to keep the home bakery hot.
