The double room is on the second floor, with a large window facing onto the garden. Previous housemates have managed to fit a desk if wanted for wfh, but space also available downstairs too.
You’ll be living with two other people, both 30 y/o, working in teaching and production. We’re looking for someone chilled, clean and friendly - the usual stuff!
The house is a 10min walk to Ladywell station and 20mins from Lewisham for the DLR and trains. Loads of buses available at the end of our road and a small Tesco and Aldi just round the corner.
Rent is £705p/m, with bills around £150.
Room can be available from December 12th, but would need to be filled by January 1st. Furniture staying is TBC.
