Double room overlooking Ladywell Fields

I’m renting out a spacious double room in my two-bed flat in Ladywell / Catford. The flat backs onto Ladywell Fields and the room has a beautiful view of the park and is very quiet.

The flat is a Victorian conversion and split over two floors (1st and 2nd), with a large sitting room, separate kitchen, shared bathroom and a garden.

It’s a 10 mins walk to Ladywell station, and about the same to Catford station.

Looking for someone who’s easy going, clean, respectful… all the obvious things. Main thing is we both just feel comfortable here and it feels like a home. I’m definitely in a more quiet stage of life now so looking for someone who's similar. Previously I rented in house shares for many years so am used to sharing a home.

My interests… films, theatre, reading, music, food. I feel like I’m sounding like a bit of an AI bot here but I do have a sense of humour / personality, promise.

The room currently has a desk and other furniture that will be removed. There are built-in cupboards and shelves. It doesn’t come with a bed. If that’s a deal-breaker we can discuss.

£900 p/m + bills (approx. £150)
