3 bed flatshare near Oval

Hi Everyone,

I am moving out of London and am looking for someone to take my room in this amazing 3 bed flatshare! The flat is ideally located just 5min walk from Oval tube station on the northern line and multiple bus routes; a Tesco superstore about 15min walk away and the lovely Kennington Park at your doorstep. Fos those with bikes there is room in the entrance hallway to safely store it.

The flat itself is luminous and spacious, with 3 bedrooms, shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and lots of storage space. There's also a large terrace and rooftop!!! I have lived 2 years in this flat and will be sad to leave it.

You would be living with Bruce, 28, working as the overseas finance manager for the British Red Cross and Cleo, 23, who just finished her journalism degree. We've had a few parties in the flat, enjoy sharing a meal and/or going out altogether from time to time (aka when everybody's busy schedules allows it!), so are looking for someone who enjoys socialising with their flatmates and is not only looking for a room.

The room will be available as of the 15th July. Rent is paid on the 10th of each month. Bills come to around £90 per month. Please also note that the room actually only came with a single bed and I had to buy the double bed and little bedside table. I'll be looking at selling those to whoever takes the room for a discounted price.
